Glow not worth it.

I love that i found a diffuser better than the flimsy rubber thing they sell on ali express. The only negative i can find is the fact that the glow one does not let light through the top so it doesn't glow unless you use another light to charge the top part of it and the thickness of it also limits the light output from the diffuser making it necessary to run a higher setting to achieve the same lighting effect..
i will try to order a orange or clear and find out if its a problem on all of them or just the glow ones. Unfortunately im a glow junkie so my first order was all glow products.
Still love the items and really love the lamp concept wife even approves.
Gotta order that soon too.

Hi Jeffery, we're sorry you're not impressed with the glow in the dark diffuser. We will update the product description to better describe that the diffusers have a reflector on the top that doesn't allow light through. If you would prefer to have light come through the top, you can use a pen to pop off the top of the diffuser and peel the reflector off, then snap the diffuser back together. For efficiency, the glow in the dark diffusers do contain particles of glow in the dark powder that do block a small amount of light. Our clear diffusers are slightly more efficient and may be more of what you are looking for! Thank you so much for your order and the review, and we're glad that you're enjoying the lamp!
